Nothing could be simpler! You could train say 6 riders each on their individual channel and train each privately by selecting the channel the riders unit is set to.

Up to 12 trainers and riders can privately communicate within an arena space at any one time without the risk of interference between each others channels.
Trainer/rider and rider/ trainer communications are guaranteed at all times even at the busiest, noisiest shows
